Job summary

Perfect Vision in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks an energetic sales professional to drive growth and expand the customer base. You will promote IT and smart solutions, explain product benefits, and tailor proposals to client needs.

You will manage accounts, visit customers regularly, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure ordering, delivery, and timely invoicing. English language skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, IT, or Business Administration is preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Good English language skills.
• Strong ability to explain products and solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets set by management.
• Promote products and solutions to current customers and attract new clients.
• Maintain full knowledge of all products and services and clearly explain them to customers.
• Study customer needs and requirements and present suitable solutions and proposals.
• Implement the sales policy and comply with performance indicators (KPI) and job tasks for weekly, monthly, and annual evaluation.
• Follow up with different departments to ensure order processing and delivery to customers.
• Deliver strong presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of products and services to clients.
• Manage customer accounts and provide necessary support to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers through regular visits and professional engagement.
• Follow up and ensure timely collection of invoices and receivables from customers.
• Register all sales opportunities and potential customers in the CRM system and keep them updated.
• Prepare reports related to visits, communications, and sales activities.
• Provide reports about market competition, prices, and offers.
• Prepare sales plans and identify potential opportunities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the department.

Qualification, Education, Training & Certification Required

• (Preferred) Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred in: Telecommunications Engineering - Information Technology - Business Administration

Minimum Experience & Skills Required

• 1-2 years of experience in sales.
• Good English language skills.
