Career Nest Academy is seeking a Junior Sous Chef in Al Khobar to support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen management. You will serve as a technical anchor and emerging leader, overseeing preparation, maintaining standards, and running the line when needed.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of kitchen experience, including 1–2 years at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef level in fine dining or upscale settings, with strong leadership and English fluency.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years solid kitchen background, 1–2 years as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in fine dining or upscale environment.
• Strong technical culinary skills with focus on consistency and leadership potential.
• Disciplined, adaptable, and able to keep the team on track during busy services.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure precision and quality across sections during service.
• Motivate, train, and support the kitchen brigade, leading by example.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols across all stations.
