Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Junior Analyst to join the Leasing Advisory team in Riyadh. The role targets a Saudi National with a foundational CRE background to support leasing strategies across office, retail, and industrial assets in a dynamic market.

The successful candidate will assist in market research, client proposals, and property reporting, collaborating with senior teams on tours and meetings. Ideal for growth in a global real estate services firm.

Qualifications

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related industry.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market research and analysis to support leasing strategies and client proposals.
• Prepare property reports, market summaries, and competitive analysis.
• Support senior team members in property tours, client meetings, and tenant presentations.
• Maintain and update property databases, tenant information, and lease documentation.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to facilitate leasing transactions.
• Monitor market trends, vacancy rates, and rental performance across the Riyadh market.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property brochures.
• Conduct site inspections and gather property information as required.
• Support administrative tasks related to leasing transactions and client management.
• Contribute to team initiatives and business development activities.
