Qualifications
- 0–2 years in Application Development or Application Support.
- Experience in L2 Application Support is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and prepare technical documentation.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL, Windows, Linux, and log analysis.
Responsibilities
- Provide application support and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users.
- Investigate application incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and coordinate issue resolution.
- Monitor applications, analyze system logs, and identify potential problems.
- Work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support incident management processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with application performance monitoring and continuous improvement activities.
