Job summary

HungerStation in Riyadh seeks an IT Application Support Administrator I to implement, configure, maintain, and support HungerStation's IT applications and systems. You will provide day-to-day technical assistance to end users and ensure reliable operation of applications and computer systems, addressing incidents and service requests within SLAs.

As the primary contact for application support, you will troubleshoot issues, guide users, document resolutions, and escalate complex cases.

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience in IT application support or helpdesk.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for IT application administration, support and operational requests.
Install, configure, monitor, and maintain IT applications and computer systems across the organization.
Respond to incidents and service requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide practical workarounds.
Create and maintain application documentation and user guides, ensuring updates when systems change.
