Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar technical support role.
• Experience providing L1/L2 support for enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL skills to troubleshoot database-related issues.
• Experience working with APIs and diagnosing integration issues.
• Familiarity with application monitoring and logging tools.
• Development background with knowledge of deployments and release processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical teams.
• ITIL-based support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise applications by diagnosing incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot issues related to applications, databases, and APIs using SQL queries and monitoring tools.
• Monitor application health, investigate performance issues, and ensure high availability.
• Manage incidents and service requests while meeting SLAs.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve complex issues.
• Support application deployments, releases, and production changes.
• Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures to improve support efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and performance.
