Job summary

Amaala Yacht Club in Saudi Arabia seeks an IT Support specialist to deliver first/second-line user support, maintain systems, and aid in IT projects. You will assist with daily IT operations, ensure security/compliance, and help improve technology services across departments.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT support, strong troubleshooting skills, and customer-focused communication. This role is based on-site, with opportunities to contribute to a premier maritime and hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years in IT or related support role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support for users, devices, systems, and IT services.
• Assist in maintaining the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services.
• Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of technology solutions and equipment.
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects, system upgrades, and operational initiatives.
• Support business applications and technology services to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, records, and support logs.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support information security, data protection, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies.
• Provide technical assistance for meetings, events, and operational activities when required.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities as directed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business and operational needs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management in support of IT and business operations.
