Job Purpose:

support the effective delivery, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Information Technologyservices and solutions. The role provides technical support, assists with day-to-day IT operations, participates intechnology projects, and contributes to the successful achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support for users, devices, systems, and IT services.
• Assist in maintaining the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services.
• Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of technology solutionsand equipment.
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects, system upgrades, and operational initiatives.
• Support business applications and technology services to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, records, and support logs.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support information security, data protection, and compliance requirements in accordance with companypolicies.
• Provide technical assistance for meetings, events, and operational activities when required.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support business and operational needs.

Qualification and Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology or a related technical support role.
• Basic understanding of IT operations, systems, applications, and support practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Skills:

• Technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and end-user support.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including wired and wireless connectivity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
