Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level technical support for users, devices, systems, and IT services.
Assist in maintaining availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services.
Support installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of technology solutions.
Assist with IT project implementation, system upgrades, and operational initiatives.
Support business applications and technology services for smooth daily operations.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, records, and support logs.
