Job summary

Napco National seeks a dedicated IT support professional in the Eastern Province for Dammam operations. The role involves assisting business units under SLA terms, preparing hardware, and handling printers and copiers through to third-party vendors.

You will install and configure software for users, set up devices across business units, and provide flexible technical support both on-site and remotely.

• Format and prepare laptops and desktops.
• Repair printers, scanners and photocopiers before allocating to a third party.
• Install and configure software for current & new users.
• Deliver and set up items to users in all Business units.
• Provide flexible and responsive Technical Support across the company (physically and remotely).

• Repair printers scanners and photocopiers before allocating to a third party.
• Install and configure all kinds of software for current & new users
• Communicate with network Laptop/desktop and computer accessories
• Ensure the first line of network and telecom and infrastructure support (cabling, points, testing).
• Handle IT-related projects given by the support manager and handle sites.
• Help all the IT representatives of all business units. Assist customers in repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Take immediate action in case of technical problems and maintain smooth operation
• Provides flexible and responsive Technical Support across the company (physically & remotely).
• Deliver and set up items to users in all Business units.
