Job summary

Napco National is seeking an IT Support professional to provide hands-on assistance across multiple business units. You will format and prepare devices, install software, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve hardware and network issues.

The role requires handling projects from the support manager, updating knowledge bases, and delivering equipment to users across all business units. On-site work in Saudi Arabia is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to business units for services that are set in Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Format and prepare laptops and desktops.
• Repair printers, scanners and photocopiers before allocating to a third party.
• Install and configure all kinds of software for current & new users.
• Communicate with network, laptop/desktop and computer accessories suppliers to resolve cases when needed.
• Ensure the first line of network, telecom and infrastructure support (cabling, points, testing).
• Handle IT-related projects assigned by the support manager and manage sites.
• Update knowledge base after a case is resolved to help faster response in the future.
• Assist customers in repairing and replacing equipment as necessary across business units.
• Take immediate action in case of technical problems to maintain smooth operation.
• Provide flexible and responsive technical support across the company (physically & remotely).
• Deliver and set up items to users in all business units.
