Job summary

Richemont seeks an IT Support Co-op to join our IT Operations team in a corporate IT setting. You will be the first line of support for employees, resolving issues, preparing hardware, and maintaining office technology.

This role builds foundational IT troubleshooting skills and exposure to industry-standard tools and platforms. Training will cover network monitoring, cybersecurity awareness, and hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, O365, Zscaler VPN, and Workspace ONE.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to local employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Prepare laptops and workstations for new hires and hardware refreshes per standards.
• Log and update IT tickets; communicate clearly with users for timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and support VC setups in meeting rooms and collaborative spaces.
• Assist with mobile device enrollment and management.
• Update internal IT knowledge base articles and user guides.
