Job summary

PrimeGate for Communications and IT is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to oversee Exchange, AD, Windows Server, and VMware environments in our Riyadh operations. The role focuses on high availability, security, and performance while delivering solid technical support.

You will implement patches, manage backups, monitor systems, and produce technical documentation and reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

Experience managing Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
Proficient in VMware vSphere/ESXi administration and backup/recovery operations.
Ability to apply security patches and perform regular system maintenance.
Strong documentation and technical reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange environment.
Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and Group Policies (GPO).
Manage and monitor Windows Server infrastructure.
Administer VMware virtual environments (vSphere / ESXi).
Perform backup and recovery operations to ensure data availability.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
Apply security updates, patches, and system maintenance activities.
Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure reliable and secure IT services.
