About the job Sr. IT Infrastructure Administrator

We are looking for aSr. ITInfrastructure Administrator “SaudiNational” To be responsible for designing,installing and connectivity of the IT system and infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility includesconfiguration and administration of Company’s Infrastructure(Virtual/Standalone Servers) to ensure IT assets and its services availabilityall the time.
• Maintain and Administrator theCompany’s e-mail system in accordance with established polices of thecompany.
• Responsible for the company’s Datacentre and its maintenance.
• Assess IT security levels to ensure thatmalicious software and viruses are blocked beforeentering the system.
• Design and implement short- and long-termstrategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing andfuture requirements.
• Maintains strict confidentiality ofInfrastructure configuration, security systems, data and access rights
• Analyze the causes for any inefficientoperation of the systems.
• Records and reports instances of abuse,infringement of Company IT policies or disruption to the Company services
• Checks the usage of the bandwidth toensure that the networks operate at optimal levels.
• Provide access to Telephone servicesand support to the end users.
• Provides training, documentation andguidance to staff and programmers as required
• Provides system access for newemployees and revoke system access for departing employees
• Develops and implements change controlprocedures for upgrades, security patches, and/or software modificationsof Infrastructure.
• Contributes to Department objectives byensuring that the company operates on secured infrastructure andproviding business users with un-interrupted IT service
• Works with line manager to establishand achieve performance objectives and KPIs.
• Engages in a ‘learning culture’ byparticipating in training, mentoring, coaching etc
