Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Saudi Infrastructure Specialist to lead hands-on IT infrastructure across networks, servers, firewalls, storage, and backup systems. The role emphasizes service availability, security, and operational excellence within a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, familiarity with ITSM (ManageEngine), and a Saudi national. Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, and CompTIA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience covering networks, servers, and security systems.
• Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls, storage, backup systems, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ManageEngine.
• Previous experience in managed services contracts or the government sector is preferred.
• Saudi National status is required.
• CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+, MCSA/MCSE are preferred certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and storage.
• Monitor LAN/WAN performance and improve service quality.
• Manage firewalls and security appliances including licenses.
• Track and renew software and hardware licenses.
• Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide infrastructure-level support to the Service Desk teams.
• Manage infra tickets through ITSM systems like ManageEngine ensuring SLA compliance.
• Prepare technical reports on infrastructure performance and KPIs.
• Apply cybersecurity standards and internal security policies.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrade and improvement projects.
