Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in configuring IT equipment incl. laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, etc.
• Strong understanding of the Technical accepts.
• Solid, practical experience in purchasing and logistics.
• Strong technical IT skills (in particular PC configuration).
• A clear service orientation and a careful approach to work.
• Sound judgment that enables you to assess situations correctly and prioritize tasks appropriately so that you can keep sight of details even under pressure.
• The ability to work well in a team while being independent and self-motivated, and to adjust quickly and flexibly to new situations.
• Work collaboratively and proactively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT asset provisioning for Riyadh location.
• Setup, configure, restore, and ship IT equipment.
• Maintain inventory management systems and optimize sourcing processes.
• Purchase activities such as obtaining offers, submitting orders, and tracking delivery.
• Update asset warehouse and ticket management systems; packaging, labeling, and shipping equipment.
