Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Riyadh is seeking an IT Provisioning Associate to support Global Provisioning Capabilities. You will coordinate IT assets, configure devices, and oversee warehousing, inventory, and shipping for the Riyadh location.

You will work closely with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and colleagues to ensure timely provisioning and delivery of equipment, while maintaining rigorous service standards and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience configuring IT equipment incl. laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices.
• Strong understanding of the Technical accepts.
• Solid, practical experience in purchasing and logistics.
• Strong technical IT skills (PC configuration).
• Clear service orientation and careful work approach.
• Sound judgment under pressure and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Team-friendly yet independent and self-motivated.
• Collaborative and proactive work style.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with IT groups to ensure proper supply chain of assets for the location.
• Set up, configure, restore, and ship IT equipment.
• Manage warehousing and materials, monitor inventory levels, and refill inventories.
• Perform purchasing activities: obtain offers, submit orders, review confirmations, track delivery deadlines.
• Maintain inventory systems and optimize sourcing and service processes, update warehouse and ticket systems.
• Handle packaging, labeling, and shipping of IT equipment.
