Job summary

Work standard is seeking an Information Technology Manager in Riyadh to oversee the IT department and drive technology strategies aligned with business goals. The role requires leadership over systems, security, and infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, at least 5 years of IT management experience, strong networking and security knowledge, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Information Technology management.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and database management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT department.
• Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives.
• Ensure security, reliability, and up-to-date systems.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks.
• Lead IT team, provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage technology budget and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and advise on implementations.
