Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Al Khobar seeks an IT leader to oversee the IT discipline for properties and offices. You will manage a team and ensure day-to-day operations, support owner relations on IT matters, and oversee openings and live operations.

You will collaborate with operations leaders, vendors, and regional teams to implement security, policies, and reliable tech across the market.

Qualifications

• Hotel or Hospitality Management education; awareness of global hospitality technology trends.
• Minimum 3 years in an Associate Supervisory role; international assignments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent; minimum 2 years project management experience; proven negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintains status documentation (goals, scorecard, LPA tracking, etc.).
• Monitors IT operations at company offices and properties.
• Meets with General Manager or Director of Finance to provide updates and seek feedback every two months.
• Owns IT vendor relationship for properties in scope.
• Trains associates to provide backup coverage in the department.
