The role involves managing and maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of systems like PMS and POS, and leading IT support and cybersecurity efforts.
Craft your career: Minimum 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, cybersecurity and IT support. Experience with hotel systems such as PMS and POS is preferred. Ability to manage IT projects, vendors and budgets. Strong problem‑solving, organizational and communication skills. Leadership skills with ability to manage and support a team. Fluent in English and Arabic.
