Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Program Development & Evaluation Analyst to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs across the Corporate Academy Development Division. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create curricula that meet identified needs and support employee growth and technical development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Learning, Design, or Technology from a recognized program.
• Master’s degree and certifications such as CPTD/CIPD/TESOL or instructional design preferred.
• Working proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to design interactive content.
• 5–7 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation in a large corporate setting.
• Strong background in adult learning theory and experience with ADDIE/SAM models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate instructional programs, courses, and workshops.
• Conduct needs assessments and data-driven analysis to identify learning gaps.
• Translate training needs into clear learning objectives and assess outcomes.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop curriculum and assessment strategies.
• Create engaging learning experiences using online, instructor‑led, and blended methods.
• Pilot programs to validate alignment with learning objectives.
• Develop evaluation plans to measure program effectiveness.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design and adult learning.
