Job summary

Saudi Aramco – SMP in Dhahran is seeking an Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) with 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, program development and learning evaluation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or related field.

Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and ADDIE/SAM models, plus proficiency with Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate, is preferred for creating interactive learning

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, program development and evaluation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology or related field.
• Hands-on proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
