Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience delivering talent management and development solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge in organizational development and data-driven HR analytics.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs.
• Leverage HR analytics to identify capability gaps and measure impact.
