Job summary

Saudi Aramco - SMP in Dhahran seeks an Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of instructional design, program development, and learning evaluation experience in a corporate environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology (or related field), knowledge of ADDIE/SAM, and proficiency with Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM
• Experience in program evaluation methodologies
• Hands-on proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
• Ability to design and develop interactive learning content
• Experience in project management and handling projects independently
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• CPTD, CIPD Level 5, TESOL, Instructional Design certifications, or a Master's degree are preferred
