Saudi Aramco – SMP in Dhahran is seeking an Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) with 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, program development and learning evaluation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or related field.

Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and ADDIE/SAM models, plus proficiency with Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate, is preferred for creating interactive learning

• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Experience in program evaluation methodologies.
• Hands‑on proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
• Ability to design and develop interactive learning content.
• Experience in project management and handling projects independently.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• CPTD, CIPD Level 5, TESOL, Instructional Design certifications, or a Master's degree are preferred.
