Qualifications

• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate to design interactive learning content.
• Strong background in adult learning theory.
• Experience with ADDIE and SAM instructional design models.
• Experience with project management and handling projects independently.
• Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
