Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Training & Development Advisor to join the Corporate Academy Development Division. The role focuses on administering learning programs aligned with organizational needs and business objectives.

You will coordinate, evaluate, and optimize training initiatives, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes, with a Bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in training coordination.

Qualifications

• Identify training needs and gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
• Administer the implementation of training programs.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Provide guidance and support to employees to apply new skills on the job.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or General Management from a recognised program.
• 5 years of experience in administering the implementation and coordination of training.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
