Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information and recommendations.
• Promote and sell welding machines, equipment, cutting tools, power tools, and welding accessories.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and handle billing transactions.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Monitor stock and coordinate replenishment with store and procurement teams.
• Ensure showroom is well displayed and maintained.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
