Job summary

Moyasar Financial Company is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist - Inbound Sales to join our Sales team in Riyadh. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for businesses interested in Moyasar’s payment solutions and will handle inbound opportunities, qualify potential customers, and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams, maintain CRM data, and track performance to improve the inbound sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Inbound Sales, Inside Sales or Sales Development.
• Experience handling and qualifying B2B sales leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Arabic and English communication proficiency.
• Comfortable speaking with businesses to understand needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to inbound sales leads from businesses.
• Contact potential merchants and understand their business needs.
• Qualify merchants and identify opportunities for Moyasar’s solutions.
• Introduce Moyasar’s digital payment solutions to merchants.
• Explain our solutions and how they meet payment needs.
• Follow up with prospects and move qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate merchant, lead, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales and internal teams during onboarding.
• Track inbound leads, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Ensure timely follow-up and a positive merchant experience.
• Support improvements to the inbound sales process.
