Moyasar is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Business Operations team in Riyadh. You will work with merchants and customers, helping with questions, payment-related issues, and day-to-day support, ensuring each case is followed up for a smooth service experience.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and tickets, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams, and support onboarding while maintaining accurate records to improve the overall customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer service or customer support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with good follow-up skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer cases.
• Fintech, payments, or financial services experience is a plus.
• Arabic and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchant and customer inquiries through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Support merchants with questions related to our payment services and processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the right internal teams for resolution.
• Track and follow up on cases until they are resolved.
• Support merchants during onboarding and documentation requirements.
• Escalate complex or technical issues when needed.
