Job summary

Moyasar is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist - Inbound Sales to join its Sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be first contact for businesses interested in Moyasar's payment solutions, handling inbound inquiries, qualifying opportunities, and moving them through the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include engaging potential merchants, understanding their payment needs, maintaining CRM data, coordinating with internal teams, tracking performance, and improving the inbound process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in inbound/inside sales or similar roles.
• Experience handling and qualifying B2B leads.
• Experience with CRM and sales pipelines; strong communication.

• Follow up with prospects and move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate merchant, lead, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales and other internal teams during the sales and merchant onboarding journey.
• Track inbound leads, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Ensure timely follow-up and a positive experience for potential merchants.
• Support improvements to the inbound sales process

You'll be one of the first points of contact for businesses interested in Moyasar's payment solutions. You'll handle inbound opportunities, understand each merchant's business and payment needs, qualify potential customers, and help move the right opportunities through our sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Experience handling and qualifying B2B sales leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with businesses and understanding their needs.
• Experience using CRM and managing sales pipelines.
• Target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
• Experience in fintech, digital payments, payment gateways, or financial services is preferred.
