Job summary

ASMO, a joint venture between DHL and Saudi Aramco, is seeking an Inbound Supervisor to translate the operations plan into daily inbound activities at the SPARK site in Abqaiq. You will coordinate labour, equipment, docks, receiving, and system transactions to ensure safe, accurate, and timely intake.

The role requires frontline leadership, experience with WMS and inbound processes, and the ability to manage discrepancies, damage checks, put-away readiness, and collaboration with inventory,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree not mandatory for frontline warehouse supervision.
• High school diploma or technical diploma acceptable.
• 10 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience with frontline leadership preferred.
• Operational competence, safety leadership and measurable delivery results.
• WMS or enterprise systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inbound activities including gate and dock coordination, unloading, receipt verification, damage checks, documentation, system receiving and staging for put-away.
• Allocate labour, MHE, dock space and work priorities based on inbound plan and capacity.
• Ensure materials are received safely and accurately against approved documents.
• Control inbound discrepancies, damages, shortages and documentation gaps; quarantine or hold material as required.
• Ensure system transactions align with physical material status and perform timely put-away.
• Coordinate with inventory, yard, transport, and outbound teams to resolve constraints and protect service continuity.
• Monitor inbound productivity, dock utilization and receiving accuracy; lead shift start-up and handover.
• Support SOP development, root-cause analysis and Lean activities in inbound operations.
