Job summary

ASMO is a joint venture between DHL and Saudi Aramco, delivering end-to-end procurement and supply chain services across industries. The Outbound Supervisor will translate the Operations Manager’s plan into daily execution at the SPARK site, coordinating people, equipment, picking, staging, loading and dispatch.

This frontline leadership role requires hands-on supervision of outbound activities, adherence to safety, accuracy and delivery commitments, with experience in WMS and shift-based

Qualifications

• Frontline warehouse supervision experience; no degree required.
• High school diploma acceptable; technical/vocational qualifications preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience with leadership.
• Operational/safety leadership, WMS capability, people supervision.
• Lean or supervisory certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outbound activities including order release, packing, staging and dispatch.
• Allocate labour, MHE, space and priorities based on urgency and capacity.
• Ensure correct material, quantity, condition and documentation shipped.
• Manage exceptions and elevate when needed.
• Coordinate with inventory, inbound, yard, transport, planning and customer service.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, timing and on-time dispatch.
• Lead shift start-up, floor control and handover.
• Ensure BY-WMS transactions align with system status.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
