Job summary

ASMO, a joint venture between DHL and Aramco, seeks a Site Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead operations at one facility. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient production while delivering high‑quality outcomes.

You will oversee production, maintenance, inventory and logistics, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, recruit and develop talent, and report to the COO on performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
• Master’s degree in business administration, operations management, site management, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or any relevant certifications are preferred.
• 13 years’ experience in similar or related field, out of which 7 years at a managerial / leading position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site’s long-term strategic plan in alignment with the corporate strategies.
• Develop annual business plans for the site and ensure the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.
• Report to the Chief Operations Officer on progress of activities against annual plans, opportunities and issues.
• Monitor performance of the site to identify deviations and implement required resources and actions.
• Oversee site operations including production, maintenance, inventory management, and logistics.
• Monitor KPIs such as production output, quality metrics, and delivery performance, and take corrective actions.
