Job summary

DHL is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to coordinate warehouse and ground operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring smooth movement, storage and inventory control of materials and finished goods. The role requires at least 5 years of site supervision, preferably on Saudi Aramco projects, and a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management.

Strong leadership, safety awareness and English proficiency are essential, with experience supervising manpower and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant technical discipline; Aramco-approved qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Experience supervising manpower, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and Saudi Aramco procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse and ground operations plans for smooth processing.
• Coach and guide team to meet schedules and targets.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments within service timings.
• Plan inventory and oversee ordering to meet organizational needs.
• Resolve conflicts and coordinate delivery schedules with shippers and customers.
• Maintain accurate stock records and compare production with inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Perform inventory control, stock turnover analyses and scheduling.
• Review incoming material inspections against specs.
• Execute safety, security and inventory control programs.
• Optimize use of warehouse facilities for storage and distribution.
• Highlight issues and opportunities to promote efficiency and reduce costs.
