Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant for Dyson at Westfield Mall to drive sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will support CRM, CX and other key customer initiatives in-store, ensuring alignment with brand standards and premium service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail (fashion, jewellery, accessories, technology).
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail.

Responsibilities

Store level sell-out target accountability.
Build category manager relationships at store level.
Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sellout target.
Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities.
Improve individual Expert performance and skills.
Ensure in store stock in appropriate level in the assigned stores.
Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results.
Address and resolve any performance issues.
Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service.
