Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dammam seeks a Consultant for Luxury Tech to support Dyson products. You will engage customers, advise on premium ranges, demonstrate features and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

Fluency in English is preferred; local language skills are a plus. The role emphasises customer experience, stock accuracy and in-store merchandising within a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted sales or service-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to drive loyalty.
• Address product, price, availability, usage and service queries.
• Assess customer needs and provide solutions to meet or exceed expectations.
• Advise on ranges best suited to customers’ needs and demonstrate benefits.
• Generate sales and track sell-out against brand guidelines.
• Keep stock replenishment, stock receipt and reporting up to date.
• Contribute to incentives and post-launch sales tracking at store level.

What you'll be doing

Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty.

Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.

Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs a meeting or surpassing customers' expectations.

Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.

Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.

Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using make up knowledge

Sell-out target tracking at store level.

Participate in achieving incentives.

Track post-launch sales at store level.

Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelines.

Ensure in store stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves/counters, at appropriate times.

Report stock shortages using the stock order form.

Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Previous experience in an assisted sales environment or service led environment.

Previous experience working with / in a premium technology brand.

Fluent in English preferred & local market language essential.

Track record for creating innovative solutions that solve problems and/or challenge convention.

Be prepared to hit targets.

Great customer-facing and sales skills, including the ability to adapt your style to theneeds of every customer

A confident approach and a friendly manner.

Be confident in giving in-depth bespoke consultations to answer every customer’s questions.
