Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant for Dyson at Westfield Mall to drive sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will support CRM, CX and other key customer initiatives in-store, ensuring alignment with brand standards and premium service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail (fashion, jewellery, accessories, technology).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Store level sell-out target accountability.
• Build category manager relationships at store level.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sellout target.
• Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities.
• Improve individual Expert performance and skills.
• Ensure in store stock in appropriate level in the assigned stores.
• Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results.
• Address and resolve any performance issues.
• Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

At Chalhoub we express the exceptional! Working as a Luxury Tech Consultant you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.
