Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant to lead in-store sales and guest experiences in Jeddah. The role targets achieving individual and collective targets while supporting CRM CX initiatives and other customer and people programs.

You will manage a team of Experts, monitor performance, and maintain stock levels, all while delivering exceptional service and maintaining high energy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience in Retail (Fashion, Jewelry, Accessories, Technology)
• English language proficiency
• 2 years' experience
• Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Store level sell-out target accountability
• Build category manager relationships at store level
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage
• Supervise motivate and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sell-out targets
• Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance and activities
• Improve individual Expert performance and skills
• Ensure in-store stock at appropriate levels in the assigned stores
• Foster a positive high-energy team environment focused on results
• Address and resolve any performance issues
• Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service
