Four Seasons AMAALA is seeking an enthusiastic In Room Dining Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team. You will serve as the primary contact for In-Room Dining orders, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth interdepartmental communication to create memorable guest experiences.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management and at least 1 year in luxury hotel operations, with strong English and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B, In-Room Dining, or guest services in luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Strong communication, telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in hotel POS systems and MS Office.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and process In-Room Dining calls promptly and courteously.
• Enter guest orders into POS and communicate special requests to kitchen/service teams.
• Coordinate timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, promotions and ingredients.
• Assist guests with recommendations and dietary requirements.
• Monitor order status and follow up for guest satisfaction.

About the location

About the location: AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia's northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. About the Role

Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized In Room Dining Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team. The IRD Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all In-Room Dining orders and guest requests, ensuring exceptional service standards, efficient communication between departments, and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

What You Will Do

• Answer and process all In-Room Dining calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Accurately enter guest orders into the resort's point-of-sale system and communicate special requests to the culinary and service teams.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms while ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and accommodate dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests.
• Monitor order status and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
• Communicate effectively with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, billing, and guest preferences.
• Support departmental administrative tasks, including reporting, inventory coordination, and menu updates as required.
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards, health and safety regulations, and resort policies at all times.

What You Bring

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage, In-Room Dining, Restaurant Operations, or Guest Services within a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel POS systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
