Job summary

Ernst & Young AE in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh Innovation Hub seeks a senior facilitator to guide executive sessions and immersive experiences for C-suite, board members and ministers. You will shape engagements, curate journeys, and lead prototype and innovation efforts with a strong emphasis on responsible AI and business impact.

Qualifications

• Executive presence to lead C-suite and ministerial audiences toward clear decisions.
• Immersive experience design across physical spaces, content, live technology and moments.
• Facilitation, Design Thinking and co-creation methods with adaptable approaches.
• Applied technology fluency including generative AI, digital twins and simulations.
• Prototype direction coordinating with designers and engineers.
• Commercial mindset linking client experiences to measurable outcomes.
• Strategic thinking with storytelling, synthesis and decision-support.
• Global client perspective working with multinational teams and partners.
• Stakeholder management with senior leaders and external agencies.
• Responsible innovation including AI governance, privacy and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Executive facilitation in immersive environments, leading high-stakes sessions for C-suite and ministerial audiences.
• Experience shaping and curation of engagements from discovery to transformation.
• Applied innovation and prototype direction with AI and technology use cases.
• Commercial conversion and handover with structured outputs and clear success criteria.
• Hub practice contribution including session libraries, assets and thought leadership.
