Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Immigration Attorney.
• Experience handling immigration cases and knowledge of immigration laws.
• Knowledge of biometric passport requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in their immigration matters.
• Assist clients with obtaining visas, green cards, and citizenship.
• Prepare and review visa applications, petitions, and appeals.
• Conduct research on immigration laws and policies.
