Job summary

Immigration Attorney

Our law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in Jeddah. This position is specifically tailored for Pakistani or African nationals with excellent English speaking skills. As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients seeking immigration services. You must have a thorough understanding of immigration laws and policies, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. This position does not offer accommodation, so candidates must already have the necessary biometric passport to work in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients and assess their immigration needs
• Prepare and file visa applications, appeals, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings and immigration interviews
• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other legal professionals
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet billable hour requirements set by the firm

Requirements

• Degree in Law from an accredited university
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney
• Excellent knowledge of immigration laws and procedures in Saudi Arabia
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience working with Pakistani or African clients preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Jeddah (candidates must be willing to relocate if not already based in Jeddah)
