Immigration Attorney

As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their immigration needs in the city of Medina, Saudi Arabia. This includes providing legal advice and representation to individuals from various nationalities, including Indian and African citizens, who are seeking employment opportunities or student visas in the country.

Your main duties will include reviewing and preparing legal documents, such as visa applications and work permits, as well as conducting research on immigration laws and regulations. You will also represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.

We are seeking an experienced attorney with a strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law and must be familiar with the biometric passport process.

As this role involves working with clients from diverse backgrounds, excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity are essential. Fluency in English is required, but knowledge of other languages such as Hindi or Swahili would be an advantage.

While previous experience working as an attorney in Saudi Arabia is preferred, we also welcome applications from attorneys looking to relocate to the country.
