You will provide guidance on contracts, immigration, labor laws, and business regulations. Responsibilities include legal research, representing clients in court, drafting contracts and pleadings, and collaborating with other attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney with proven success.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with African nationals is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients' cases.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress.

Requirements
