Job summary

Iron Mountain in Riyadh is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Imaging Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team. You will coordinate day-to-day document imaging project workflows, oversee project timelines and scoping, manage quality control, and perform detailed document reconciliation.

You will partner with internal production teams, department staff, and external client contacts to streamline job processing, address inquiries, and support invoicing accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in document imaging, production operations, or high-volume administrative project support.
• Strong technical knowledge of imaging processes and electronic document management systems.
• Proven ability in operational problem-solving and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day imaging project workflows and scoping; oversee timelines and document reconciliation.
