Job summary

Confidential Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Hydrotest Supervisor to oversee field testing operations, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with engineering and construction teams. You will develop detailed hydrotesting procedures and schedules, manage a team of technicians, and perform thorough pre-test inspections to verify equipment readiness and system integrity.

This position requires a high school diploma with vocational training, and a minimum of five years hands-on

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on hydrotesting experience in oil & gas pipeline projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs.
• Experience developing and implementing hydrotesting procedures and schedules.
• Proven supervisory/leadership experience in a field team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all hydrotesting operations according to project specs and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement detailed hydrotesting procedures and schedules with engineering and construction teams.
• Manage and supervise a team of hydrotest technicians, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Conduct pre-test inspections of equipment and piping to verify readiness.
