Job summary

Visuna Ltd in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Well Testing Supervisor to lead safe, efficient and reliable well testing operations at the wellsite. You will supervise personnel, coordinate equipment, and ensure all activities follow approved procedures and client requirements with strict HSE adherence.

Preferred: prior SLB (Schlumberger) experience; you will oversee crews, monitor pressures and ensure high operational standards, while coordinating with clients and engineers on test results and

Qualifications

• Experience as Well Testing Supervisor in Oil & Gas / Well Services.
• Strong knowledge of well testing equipment and procedures.
• Experience supervising well testing operations on a wellsite.
• Understanding of pressure control, flow measurement and separation.
• Experience with high-pressure well testing operations.
• Solid understanding of HSE requirements and safe working practices.
• Ability to read well programmes, procedures and P&IDs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all well testing activities at the wellsite.
• Lead and manage the well testing crew through prep, execution and completion.
• Ensure equipment is rigged, tested and prepared.
• Oversee installation and operation of testing equipment and systems.
• Monitor pressures, flow rates and temperatures.
• Ensure procedures are followed and safety is maintained.
• Liaise with client, drilling team and engineers.
• Coordinate safe and efficient test execution and briefings.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff.
