Job summary

We are seeking experienced Well Testing Equipment Operators to join our team supporting oilfield operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for safe, efficient operation, monitoring and maintenance of well testing equipment at the wellsite, and supporting supervisors during rig-up, testing, production, clean-up and rig-down.

Previous experience with SLB Schlumberger is preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.

Qualifications

• Practical experience operating well testing equipment in a wellsite environment.
• Good understanding of surface well testing operations and equipment.
• Ability to read operating procedures, equipment manuals and basic P&IDs.
• Willingness to work rotational schedules in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid passport and ability to obtain the required Saudi Arabian work visa and medical clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor well testing equipment safely and efficiently during wellsite operations.
• Assist with the rig-up function, testing and rig-down of well testing equipment.
• Monitor pressure, temperature, flow rates and other operating parameters.
• Ensure equipment is operated within approved operating limits and procedures.
• Conduct pre-job inspections and equipment checks prior to commencing operations.
• Carry out pressure testing and equipment integrity checks in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain accurate equipment pressure and operational records.
• Follow instructions from the Well Testing Supervisor and communicate operational information promptly.

Job description

We are seeking experienced Well Testing Equipment Operators to join our team supporting oilfield operations in Saudi Arabia The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation monitoring and maintenance of well testing equipment at the wellsite The role will involve supporting Well Testing Supervisors and other operational personnel during rig-up testing production clean-up and rig-down activities Previous experience with SLB Schlumberger is preferred and will be considered a significant advantage

The day rate for this position will be between 140 160 please do not apply for this position if you would not accept the day rates

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor well testing equipment safely and efficiently during wellsite operations
• Assist with the rig-up function testing and rig-down of well testing equipment
• Operate equipment including separators manifolds chokes flow lines sand traps heaters and associated well testing systems as required
• Monitor pressure temperature flow rates and other operating parameters
• Ensure equipment is operated within approved operating limits and procedures
• Conduct pre-job inspections and equipment checks prior to commencing operations
• Carry out pressure testing and equipment integrity checks in accordance with approved procedures
• Monitor equipment performance and report any abnormal conditions leaks or equipment defects
• Assist with troubleshooting and basic maintenance of well testing equipment
• Maintain accurate equipment pressure and operational records
• Follow instructions from the Well Testing Supervisor and communicate operational information promptly
• Assist with well clean-up flowback production testing and other well testing activities as required
• Safely control and monitor flow during well testing operations
• Assist with equipment shutdown depressurisation and rig-down following completion of operations
• Maintain good housekeeping around the well testing package and worksite
• Participate in toolbox talks pre-job meetings and safety briefings
• Follow all company client and Saudi Arabian HSE requirements
• Report unsafe conditions incidents near misses and equipment issues immediately
• Support other wellsite activities as directed by the Well Testing Supervisor

Previous experience as a Well Testing Equipment Operator or similar role within the Oil & Gas / Well Services industry.

• Practical experience operating well testing equipment in a wellsite environment.
• Good understanding of surface well testing operations and equipment.
• Experience with high-pressure equipment and associated safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures, equipment manuals and basic P&IDs.
• Basic understanding of pressure, flow and temperature monitoring.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong commitment to HSE and safe working practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
• Willingness to work rotational schedules in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid passport and ability to obtain the required Saudi Arabian work visa and medical clearance.
