Daikin Middle East & Africa seeks a Technical Support Manager – HVAC Applied to lead technical excellence across centrifugal chillers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to raise service quality and reliability.

You will drive RCA investigations, develop targeted training programs for service engineers, and collaborate with factories and regional teams to deliver ongoing improvements for customer satisfaction and equipment performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Centrifugal Chillers, Applied Systems, Airside Equipment, VRV/DX Systems, and Refrigeration Systems.
• Lead complex technical escalations, RCA investigations, product quality reviews, and factory coordination to improve service quality.
• Develop and deliver structured technical training programs for service engineers and technicians focused on centrifugal chillers and applied systems.
• Identify competency gaps and implement targeted training and development plans with Service Operations and HR.
• Prepare RCA reports with verified root causes, corrective actions, responsibilities, and timelines.
• Monitor and report on KPI trends, warranty claims, and service improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Service Operations to provide technical input for service contracts and equipment performance assessments.
• Ensure adherence to safety, warranty, and quality standards in all technical activities.
